Refund policy

THE GIFT SIGNAL accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging, and returned with all included parts, tags, and proof of purchase. Items that are final sale, personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive after opening, gift cards, or damaged through misuse are not eligible unless required by law.

To start a return, contact us  with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back until we provide return instructions.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and optional services are not refundable unless required by law or the issue was our error.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

If an order has not shipped, contact us immediately to request cancellation. We will cancel and refund eligible unshipped orders. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, you may agree to a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
