Shipping policy

HE GIFT SIGNAL processes orders after payment authorization and fraud review. Processing, carrier transit, and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We ship only to addresses supported at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We may contact you when an address, payment, or order detail requires confirmation.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a prompt refund.

Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law. Please inspect delivered packages promptly and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, missing, or materially incorrect. Keep the product, packaging, and delivery evidence while we review the request.

Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or fees disclosed at checkout or imposed by the destination country.

We do not guarantee delivery dates affected by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit your cancellation or refund rights where required by law.
