How to Use
- For Hot Use: Submerge the pack in boiled water (off the heat source) for 5-6 minutes, or microwave in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Always place in the protective cover before use.
- For Cold Use: Store the pack in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Application: Apply to the desired area for no longer than 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before reapplying to the same spot.
